Novaira was previously the Head of the Chief Minister’s Special Monitoring Unit (SMU), Government of the Punjab, Pakistan. She has over 16 years of development sector experience with DFID, WB, UNICEF, UN-Women Pakistan, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, and the International Growth Center. Novaira also has teaching experience at Beaconhouse National University, Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South University of Pakistan, University of Central Punjab, and KIPS-CSS Academy.
