PEER 10th Anniversary Seminar Series: Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus Application in Transboundary Rivers of Central Asia

Dr. Djumaboev will present on his research on efficiencies and synergies between water, energy, and food in the Amu Darya and Syr Darya river basins in Central Asia. His results helped lead to a new government program, which creates incentives for farmers to save water and subsidizes investments in new water saving technologies.
