Sector focal point for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in South Asia on climate change adaptation planning (agriculture and water resources management), contributing towards the development of key climate change adaptation policy and legislation development across South Asia. Designed and led major environmental and climate finance initiatives with support from the Global Environment Facility (GEF), Climate Investment Fund (CIF), and UKAid. Director for KPMG’s International Development Advisory Services in East Africa; senior staff and consultancy positions with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD); European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and United Nations.
