Overview:

The overall objective of this study is to identify constraints and opportunities relevant to agricultural water management (AWM) in rainfed production systems in the Greater Mekong Sub region (GMS), with the objective of improved targeting of interventions to ensure they benefit the poor, in adapting to climate change, increased food demand and changing demographics.
