Towards an urban road map on food waste prevention reduction and recovery

Overview:

The objective of the agreement is to support the provision of technical expertise to the project, carry out studies under the guidance FAO, facilitate all capacity development activities and ensure the successful completion of stakeholder consultations and meetings required under the project. The project will conduct an analysis of the food waste footprint in representative urban and peri-urban areas. The project will also Conduct a gap analysis of policies, legislations, regulations and strategies at national and provincial level.
