Cairo Water Week 2023 will take place from October 29 to November 2, 2023, in Cairo, Egypt, under the theme “Action on Water Adaptation for Sustainability.”

This year’s event will discuss and emphasize the adaptation actions in the water sector and ensure its vitality to achieve sustainability. Several related sub-themes and sub-topics will be discussed in plenary and technical sessions organized by reputed international and regional organizations.

In addition to developing solutions, practical tools, policies, and concrete measures to support future generations’ safety and well-being, Cairo Water Week 2023 has a primary objective of advancing science and knowledge so we can better understand the current and future water challenges.

IWMI will convene several sessions.

Day 1: October 29, 2023
