Rabi is a communications consultant and writer working for the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land & Ecosystems (WLE).
Rabi holds an MPhil in Environment and Development from the University of Cambridge. He founded the literary magazine La.Lit and is the author of a collection of short stories and a history of Kathmandu.
