Project Profile

Nile Coordination and Change Project

Duration : March 1, 2010 - December 30, 2013
Overview:

The coordination and change project is one of the five in the Nile Basin Development Challenge. Its role is to ensure that lessons learnt from the other four Nile Basin projects are fully exploited; and that communications and links between the wider Nile BDC actors are strengthened. 'Significant changes? will be identified and integrated into current and emerging initiatives. It seeks to create a high level synthesis of lessons and processes relevant to the broader research and development communities that facilitate successful scaling up and out of rainwater mangement strategies. The project is led by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and works in close partnership with IWMI, Catholic Relief Services and Ethiopian Research Institutes.
