Gulshan has 17 years of experience in program management, communication & advocacy, designing tool kits for sustainable CSR projects on tuberculosis, agroforestry, capacity building and government liaising. Prior to joining IWMI, she worked as a Technical Advisor-Corporate Partnerships at the International Union Against Tuberculosis (TB) & Lung Disease. She holds a Master of Arts – Humanities & Social Science from Tezpur University and Bachelor of Arts (Geography) from Guwahati University. She is currently reading for PhD in Social Work from Martin Luther Christian University.
