The IRENA Assembly has been recognized as a strategic global platform for inclusive and diverse discussions on all facets of the energy transition, with the participation and contribution of high-level energy decision-makers from over 180 States, multilateral organizations and private actors. Under the overarching theme of ‘Energy Transition: From Commitment to Action’, the twelfth session of the Assembly will address concrete steps to shift the energy transition to the next level in the coming decade and accelerate actions at the speed necessitated by climate, energy and development imperatives.
