The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has major initiatives underway to mainstream water resilience in Asia and the Pacific and support our developing member countries to (i) increase climate resilience in water projects, programs, and policies; and (ii) build capacity of their water entities to mainstream resilience, by using adaptive planning and design, information and communication technology, digital and remote sensing solutions, and innovations in water and sanitation service delivery and management of resources. As part of these efforts, we are setting up the Asia and the Pacific Water Resilience Hub (the Hub). The Hub focuses on rapidly building capacity of water entities on the ground.
