Sharon Perera is the new Program Assistant for WLE. Prior to joining WLE's Program Management Unit, Sharon was Executive Officer to the Deputy Director General of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI). From 2004-2014, Sharon was the Personal Assistant of the Director of the Challenge Program on Water and Food (CPWF), the precursor to WLE. During these 10 years, Sharon, in her other role as Secretariat Manager, also oversaw the programmatic logistics and assisted the director, helping with the transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2.
