Rubina is a development professional with an interest in exploring issues of sustainability and natural resource management through a feminist lens. She holds a double Master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability from Monash University and Development Studies from Kathmandu University. She is a member of the Gender, Youth and Inclusion team at WLE.
