Ravic Nijbroek is an interdisciplinary scientist with a PhD in Human Geography, MSc in Agricultural Engineering and BS in Environmental Engineering. As Scientist with International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT)'s team on Agroecosystems and Sustainable Landscapes (ASL), Ravic works on land restoration in East Africa. Research interests include political ecology, land restoration business models for (impact) investors, collective action, food systems and institutions. Much of Ravic's work is carried out under the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land and Ecosystems (WLE).
