Helena Mkoba is an Agricultural Engineer in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries since 2009, completing her Msc. in Land Use Planning and Management based on soil and water conservation at Sokoine Univerisity of Agriculture, Tanzania. Also she works with the International Water Management Institute as a consultant on matrilineal land tenure and investment in water infrastructure in Nyandira and Tchenzema village, Uluguru Moutains.
