Crossley is a Research Analyst in the Poverty, Health, and Nutrition Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute, where she works on the Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI) and the Gender, Agriculture, and Assets Project (GAAP). Her research interests focus on gender and wellbeing, natural resources management, and development policy, specifically in the context of sub-Saharan Africa.
