Benard Nsubuga is a climate change and environment professional, with an MSc in Climate Studies (Environmental System Analysis) of Wageningen University and Research Centre, the Netherlands and a BSc in Natural Resource Economics of Busitema University, Tororo, Uganda.
He has skills in environmental monitoring and assessment, climate change adaptation, mitigation and natural resource management, environmental modeling, Use of Remote Sensing and Satellite Imagery in Environmental Change Analysis and Detection, experimental designing and project implementation, data handling and analysis using GIS, SPSS, and Excel.
