David Lamb is an honorary professor at the University of Queensland; he previously taught ecology at the School of Biology. Dr. Lamb's work has focused on ways in which degraded areas and landscapes can be rehabilitated. His field work in Queensland and the Asia-Pacific region has explored ways of overcoming bio-physical impediments to rehabilitation and understanding the socio-economic factors involved.
