Ann Tutwiler is the current Board Chair of the WLE steering committee.

Brent Swallow is Professor of Agricultural and Environmental Economics at the University of Alberta, Canada. He is a member of the WLE Steering Committee and specializes in payment for ecosystems services.

Claudia Ringler is Deputy Program Director for WLE and is an ex-officio member of the WLE steering committee.  She co-leads WLE's research theme on Managing Resource Variability and Competing Use. Claudia is Deputy Division Director of the Environment and Production Technology Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).

Diane Holdorf is Managing Director of Food & Nature at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). Before joining WBCSD, Diane was Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer for Kellogg. 

Jo Puri  is the Director of the Environment, Climate Gender, Youth, Nutrition and Social Inclusion Division (ECG) at IFAD, and was previously Head of the Independent Evaluation Unit, Green Climate Fund in Korea.

Dr. Mark Smith is Director General of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), Colombo, Sri Lanka. 

Sasha Koo-Oshima is the Deputy Director of Land and Water Division at the UN Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO), leading programs on agricultural water development, information and data, governance and nexus issues. 

Amali Dommanige is the Senior Program Officer for WLE and oversees various programatic operational services. 

Arunima Hakhu is a member of the Gender and Youth Inclusion team at WLE.

Deepa Joshi is the Gender, Youth and Inclusion Lead at WLE and International Water Management Institutes (IWMI). 

Emma Greatrix is the Strategic Program Management Specialist at WLE.

Keith Child is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Impact Assessment (MELIA) specialist who is leading WLE's M&E efforts. 

Manisha works as a consultant to WLE, on MARLO project data management, program planning and reporting, and archiving and categorizing program information.  

Niroshini Fernando is a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist with WLE.

Rubina Pradhan is a Gender and Inclusion Consultant with WLE

Sharon Perera is the Program Assistant for WLE. 

Dr. Anthony Whitbread leads the research program Resilient Dryland Systems for the International Crops Research Institute of the Semi-arid Tropics. He is co-leader of WLE's research theme on Sustainable Land and Water Solutions.

Marcela Quintero is the co-lead for the Restoring Degraded Landscapes flagship research program.

Matthew McCartney co-leads the WLE Research Theme on Variability, Risk, and Competing Uses and is Research Group Leader for Sustainable Infrastructure and Ecosystems at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI).

Dr. Natalia Estrada-Carmona is an Associate Scientist with The Alliance of Bioversity International and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and co-lead WLE's flagship on Enhancing sustainability across agricultural systems. 

Niroshini Fernando is a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist with WLE.

Olufunke Cofie co-leads the flagship program on Land and Water Solutions for the CGIAR Research Program on Water, Land and Ecosystems (WLE). She is also the leader of WLE in the Volta and Niger Basin region as well as the West Africa Regional Representative for the International Water Management Institute.

Pay Drechsel is Strategic Program Leader of the International Water Management Institute for Rural-Urban Linkages, and co-leads WLE's research theme on Sustaining Rural-Urban Linkages.

Dr. René van Veenhuizen co-leads WLE's research theme on Sustaining Rural-Urban Linkages. He is Senior Programme Officer at RUAF Foundation, and one of the editors of the Urban Agriculture Magazine. 

David Shearer is Deputy Head of Secretariat Commission on Sustainable Agriculture Intensification (CoSAI). 

Josefina Achaval Torre is a Project Officer for the Commission on Sustainable Agriculture Intensification (CoSAI). 

Marah Al-Malalha Torre is a Project Officer for the Commission on Sustainable Agriculture Intensification (CoSAI).
