Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation, Ministry of Rural Development. Basu has been involved in livelihood-supporting interventions of the Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry of Tribal Affairs (GoI) and respective state governments (Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand) in the central Indian tribal belt. Interventions primarily include ensuring effective implementation of MGNREGA in watershed mode and supporting community-based organizations in improving their capacities to function.
