Marlène brings over 25 years of diverse experience and expertise mixing academic work and consultancy, working in different capacities and areas including on and off in Nepal over the past 20 years. Marlène has developed a portfolio of gender and social inclusion-focused assignments, including mainstreaming gender within organizations and evaluations (IFAD NEPAL country program, UNWomen RWEE, UNDAF Nepal) and research studies with a growing emphasis on women\\\'s social inclusion. She also acted as the International GESI TA for the Nepal Climate Change Policy Programme (FCDO funded) leading the development of the GESI strategy for the program. Marlène has extensive experience designing participatory learning methods.
