Before IWMI
Jibesh worked for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Nepal as Freshwater Officer and then Freshwater Consultant. Jibesh also served in Government of Nepal, and ADB, FAO and IFAD-funded projects and expert groups as a Technical Officer. He authored a few publications including a peer-reviewed journal. He has worked extensively in integrated water resource management in Nepal.
