The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Limited IBN) has appointed Dr. Tushaar Shah as a non-executive Director effective May 3, 2010. Dr. Shah was formerly Director of the Institute of Rural Management at Anand and is presently Senior Fellow at the International Water Management Institute. Dr. Shah is an expert in issues related to water management, irrigation and other aspects of agriculture and the rural economy. He would hold office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting, when his appointment would be considered by the shareholders of ICICI Bank.
