The IWMI-Tata Water Policy Program consists of a broad range of consultations, workshops, conferences and research projects. These interactions create a wealth of preliminary ideas, finding and draft papers that are circulated for comments. Some of the ideas and research hypotheses presented in these papers need to be further explored and validated. This space has been created to pen these ideas and to disseminate draft papers to the broadest consultation possible in the Indian research and water policy communities. All comments and suggestions about these papers are welcome - as are all research ideas and drafts that colleagues would like to propose for comments and consultation.
