Impact of Land Use on River Basin Water Balance: A Case Study of the Modder River Basin, South Africa

The purpose of this project is to investigate possible scenarios or impact of land use practices (aimed at harvesting rain water for crop production) on the Modder River water balance and to improve the understanding of local communities in agricultural water management.
