The main clients of this program are the investment partners, notably the World Bank, ADB, and IFAD, in addition to other donors and investors. Given the expected policy-level outcomes of the collaborative program, special efforts will be deployed to communicate results and discuss findings with decision-makers, donor agencies, researchers, non-government agencies, and other role players.
