• High-level policymakers, senior researchers, farmers, and representatives from the private sector and donor agencies gathered here from November 22-25 for a NEPAD-IGAD conference on “Agricultural Successes in the Greater Horn of Africa.”  Press release
  

• Pan-African Implementation and Partnership Conference on Water held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
  The collaborating partners in the Agricultural Water Investment study, presented a special session at the above Conference, held on 8 & 9 December 2003, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. • Special session at the Stockholm World Water Week 2004
  "Investing In Africa's Water Future"-
