The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is seeking proposals from potential service providers to conduct a compensation survey for the national staff at the Institute’s regional office in Pakistan.

Communications and Research Uptake Specialist
We need an experienced person to work with our researchers to set up projects that will have a better chance of achieving uptake and ultimately having an impact. The position holder will work with the Coordinator - IWMI India to drive an India-wide strategy that will lead to action on better land and water management.

Office Manager
If you possess an appropriate university degree or equivalent professional qualification, and have at least 5 years’ experience in an administrative supervisory or management capacity, you could be the person we are looking for.

In Southern Africa Office

Finance Clerk
You will be responsible for accurate and efficient implementation of finance and accounting policies and procedures. The position holder will be based at the Southern Africa office of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) in Pretoria, South Africa, and will report to the Finance Officer.

In West Africa Office

Research Officer
Assist in the development and field implementation of survey based agro-economic/socio-economic research. Digitize primary and secondary data and perform data cleaning to ensure data quality. Under the supervision of our researchers perform econometric analysis of survey data for publication.

Junior Research Officer (or Research Officer) – Recycling and Reuse
Under the supervision of relevant project leaders, and in collaboration with researchers, the incumbent is expected to assist in the field implementation and optimization of reuse processes, such as (but not limited to) composting, co-composting and pelletization, for organic solid/liquid wastes.
