IWMI contributed to the Comprehensive Assessment of Water Management in Agriculture through its thematic research and knowledge sharing approaches. The Comprehensive Assessment evaluated the benefits, costs and impacts of the past 50 years of water development and determined what future actions are needed for the next 50 years. It is a wake-up call to policy makers and planners.

Communicating without Words to Learn About Water and Agriculture

The Comprehensive Assessment of Water Management in Agriculture launched an art competition at the 4th World Water Forum in Mexico in March 2006.
