| Dr Malik is Senior Researcher –Economics based in IWMI's New Delhi office. He obtained his Ph.D in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, India. Earlier he completed his M.Sc and P.D.Diploma in Agricultural Statistics from Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute, New Delhi and M.Phil in Agricultural Economics. Prior to joining IWMI, Dr Malik has worked for several organizations including University of Delhi, Afro-Asian Rural Development Organization, Himachal Pradesh University, World Bank, and World Resources Institute. His main area of research has been agricultural economics and policy analysis and water resources. He has authored/ co -authored six books and published several research papers in reputed journals. |
