Pavithra Amunugama joined IWMI in 1986.

She has over 25 years work experience including experience in the mercantile sector. Throughout the years she has been involved
in several functions including managing staff, statistics, budgets, finances and other administrative duties, managing work flows,
special projects, planning, organizing, and facilitating and coordinating work with internal staff and external consultants, suppliers,
and printers. Pavithra currently handles the workflow of the Publications group.
