Paul Pavelic is a Senior Researcher based in Hyderabad, India. Paul holds a PhD in hydrogeology and has 18 years of research
and consulting experience on a range of topics including managed aquifer recharge, groundwater resource assessment,
soil/groundwater salinization, contaminant fate and transport, surface water - groundwater interactions, water treatment and water
reuse. He has authored over 25 international journal publications, and around 100 conference papers and technical reports. Paul
has been involved in dissemination and capacity building activities in more than a dozen countries and supervised numerous
students at graduate and post-graduate levels. Since joining IWMI in 2008, Paul has taken on responsibility for interdisciplinary
studies in the Krishna Basin of India and within sub-Saharan Africa. |
