Dr.N. Rajmohan is a Hydrogeochemist with Master Degree in Science (General Chemistry) from Bharathidasan University (1995), India and Ph.D. in Hydrogeochemistry (2001) from Centre for Geoscience and Engineering (Now, Dept. of Geology), Anna University, Chennai, India. He carried out his postdoctoral work at different universities in different countries (Post Doctoral Fellow in South Korea (Dong-A University and Kunsan National University), Sultanate of Oman (Sultan Qaboos University) and Research Engineer in France (French Atomic Research Center (CEA)). He has widely travelled in Australia, France, UK, South Korea, Sultanate of Oman, Singapore and Malaysia.
For the past fifteen years, he has been working in the field of Hydrogeochemistry and Modelling. He has wide experience in groundwater quality monitoring, contamination assessment, identifying geochemical process, influences of agricultural activities and waste dumping sites on groundwater quality, contaminants transport in unsaturated zone and groundwater and application of geochemical models on groundwater chemistry. He has ample experience in project management, fieldwork, instruments handling, etc. He has published about 22 research papers in various journals, book chapters and 15 research papers in conferences.
